About Technicoil LLC
TechniCoil, LLC is a world-class manufacturer and supplier of precision OEM electromagnets, magnetic coils, and permanent magnet assemblies, headquartered on a purpose-built manufacturing campus in Ossipee, New Hampshire. Founded in 1990 and operating from its current Ossipee facility since 1996, TechniCoil brings more than three decades of engineering and manufacturing expertise to some of the most demanding applications in the world.
Our team designs and builds custom magnetic solutions — from sub-kilogram precision coils to assemblies exceeding 10 metric tons — for customers in semiconductor manufacturing, transportation, medical devices, alternative energy, material science, aerospace & defense, automotive electronics, and fundamental physics research. TechniCoil’s engineering group partners closely with customers from concept through prototype and production, offering 3D mechanical CAD design, manufacturability reviews, and full-scale electrical testing. Our shop floor is equipped with CNC lathes and mills, large-capacity horizontal boring mills, a water-jet cutter, horizontal and vertical winding machines, large-volume vacuum chambers, and advanced paint and finishing capabilities, all operated under lean manufacturing principles.
TechniCoil’s client list includes some of the most respected names in research and defense, among them CERN, Fermilab, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, Lockheed Martin, and General Dynamics. Every product we ship is backed by a one-year, 100% guarantee — a reflection of our founding philosophy: Quality Above All Else. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an operational leader who shares that same commitment to precision and excellence.

Directly supervise production and floor staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Partner with the engineering team to translate technical specifications and drawings into efficient, achievable production plans.
Track production KPIs — throughput, on-time delivery, and quality yield — and drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
Ensure the production floor operates in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Supply Chain & Procurement
Manage vendor relationships and sourcing and purchasing raw materials and components.
Maintain inventory accuracy and control material costs through effective procurement practices.
Monitoring supplier lead times and proactively mitigate risks to the production schedule.
Use the company’s ERP/MRP system to plan material requirements and track inventory levels.
Customer Service & Order Fulfillment
Oversee order processing, shipping/logistics, and on-time delivery to customers worldwide.
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer service and fulfillment issues.
Coordinate with sales and engineering to ensure customer requirements are met from quote through delivery.
Business Operations & Process Development
Partner directly with the CEO to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, freeing the CEO to focus on strategy and growth.
Develop, document, and implement SOPs, workflows, and reporting systems to support the company’s continued growth.
Provide the CEO with regular, clear reporting on operational and financial performance.
Identify and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, control costs, and help TechniCoil scale
